Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Lead and manage the sales team to optimize performance and productivity.
• Design, develop, and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the housing finance domain.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, including builders, developers, and channel partners.
• Regularly monitor sales metrics and prepare performance reports for senior management.
• Provide training, mentorship, and strategic guidance to sales team members to enhance their skills and results.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in housing loan sales is strongly preferred.
• Preference will be given to male candidates, in line with company policy.
• Applicants should have completed any graduate degree.
