Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architect (w/m/d) skilled in handling complex monument preservation, existing building projects, and timber construction to join our team as soon as possible. The role focuses on performance phases 5 through 8.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 6-8 years professional experience across all project phases
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Proactive and motivated demeanor
Strong time management and target orientation
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with preferred experience in team leadership
Conceptual and solution-focused thinking
Deep knowledge of VOB (Construction Contract Procedures) and BayBO (Bavarian Building Code)
Proficiency in CAD software, AVA (tendering and contract awarding) programs, and Microsoft Office
Fluent in German with excellent written and spoken communication
