Role Overview

As an Architect at fabrikon located in Kassel, you will work full-time on permanent contracts, managing projects in logistics hall construction from conception to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial sketches through to completion, overseeing all stages of logistics hall construction.
• Conduct basic surveys and create draft and site plan concepts as well as detailed execution plans for projects.
• Prepare building applications and handle their architectural and planning implementation.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary internal expert team, coordinate external specialist planners, and maintain communication with authorities.
• Create 3D models of your projects.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

• Completed architectural degree.
• Whether newly graduated or experienced, assignments will match your skill level with opportunities for development.
• Preferably experienced with CAD software and 3D modeling.
• Excellent German language skills to effectively liaise with building authorities, clients, and partners.
• Eagerness to learn and readiness to take early responsibility for individual projects.
