Position Overview

To strengthen our Münster office, we are seeking an Architect (m/f/d) responsible for project planning within performance phases 1 to 5.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex building projects in service phases 1 through 5.
• Utilize model-based planning within the digital building model (Archicad / BIM) as a central work tool.
• Develop and maintain the digital model including generation of plans and detailed drawings.
• Participate actively in design planning and its translation into approval and execution planning stages.
• Collaborate closely with specialist planners.

Requirements

• Completed architecture degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diplom-Ingenieur).
• Strong creative and structural comprehension.
• Interest in model-based planning (BIM) and enthusiasm for digital planning processes.
• Organized, self-reliant working style with a solid sense of responsibility.
• Good teamwork skills, communication abilities, and proficiency in German.
