Architect CAD & Construction Documentation Specialist - Remote

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architect specializing in CAD and construction documentation to join our team remotely on a contract basis. The expert will be responsible for creating detailed architectural plans, electrical schematics, and PCB layouts, ensuring comprehensive and precise documentation throughout project development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed floor plans and elevation drawings tailored to project specifications.
• Produce extensive CAD drawings for both architectural and engineering applications.
• Accurately prepare Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) annotations for manufacturing documents.
• Create and label multi-sheet electrical schematics adhering to industry standards.
• Design and review PCB layouts, ensuring manufacturability and effective functionality integration.
• Engage in collaborative exchanges to clarify project requirements and solve technical queries.
• Deliver complete documentation sets aligned with milestone deadlines and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least three years of recent professional experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Skilled in using standard tools for 2D/3D CAD and PCB design.
• Experienced in generating and interpreting GD&T callouts alongside complex schematic diagrams.
• Capable of developing multi-sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within architectural projects.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational aptitude for managing voluminous document sets.
• Excellent English communication proficiency.
• Experience collaborating remotely across diverse teams is advantageous.
