Role Overview
The Aptitude Trainer will conduct in-person classroom sessions focused on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability aimed at individuals preparing for competitive exams and professional assessments. Responsibilities include lesson planning, creating engaging activities, designing practice questions and mock tests, and assessing learner progress regularly. The trainer will clarify concepts clearly, provide tailored feedback, and help learners develop effective test strategies and confidence.
Key Duties
- Deliver classroom lectures on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.
- Create practice exercises, mock tests, and detailed lesson plans.
- Evaluate learners’ performance and offer constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with academic teams to enhance curriculum content.
- Maintain an inclusive and motivating learning atmosphere.
- Update training materials to reflect latest exam trends and learner needs.
- Utilize educational technology including presentations and online test platforms.
- Manage classroom environment with patience and professionalism.
- Work full-time onsite at Vijayawada campus with flexibility to handle varying batch schedules, including weekends if necessary.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for diverse learners.
- Prior experience teaching or training for competitive exams, professional aptitude tests, or campus placements, preferably in classroom or coaching center settings.
- Capability to design effective practice questions and assessments based on learner performance.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools such as digital presentations and learning management systems.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline; degrees in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, or Education are advantageous.
- Strong classroom management skills and a patient, inclusive teaching approach.
