Application Support - CRM System (Bitrix24 Specialist)

About the Role

We are hiring a Bitrix24 specialist for an on-site role in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The position focuses on strengthening CRM operations by building automations, connecting systems, and tailoring backend behavior so the platform works beyond its standard setup.

What You Will Do

• Design and implement backend workflows, triggers, and automated rules.
• Link Bitrix24 with internal and external platforms through REST APIs and custom scripting.
• Adapt CRM objects, fields, pipelines, and access controls to suit business needs.
• Improve platform responsiveness by working on speed, caching, and database efficiency.
• Investigate backend problems and keep the system running reliably.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with PHP and MySQL.
• Strong knowledge of Bitrix24 architecture and the D7 framework.
• Ability to produce clean, maintainable backend code.
• Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, and server-side scripting.
• Comfort working in a fast-changing environment.
