Amazon E-Commerce Operations Assistant

Role Overview

TalentPop App is hiring a remote Amazon E-Commerce Operations Assistant to oversee marketplace operations on Amazon. This position is suited to someone who understands Amazon Seller Central well, can keep listings performing strongly, and is comfortable handling data, inventory, and account support tasks with a high level of organization and ownership.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Amazon listings, including titles, bullet points, and A+ content, with the aim of increasing visibility and conversions.
• Track important marketplace metrics such as Best Seller Rank, impressions, and conversion rates, and prepare weekly updates on performance.
• Keep FBA and FBM inventory balanced by reconciling stock levels and reducing the risk of shortages or excess inventory.
• Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues, clarify policy-related questions, and support account health.
• Research competitors and keywords to uncover product opportunities and strengthen the reach of existing listings.
• Review customer feedback, product ratings, and Amazon Brand Health indicators to support overall account performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of direct, practical experience using Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong understanding of Amazon rules, ranking factors, and listing optimization methods.
• Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar research platforms is an added advantage.
• Good analytical ability and strong attention to detail for managing data-heavy and inventory-related tasks.
• Clear written communication skills for creating persuasive listing content and professional support messages.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, target-focused environment.
• A dependable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download speed.
• A personal PC or laptop equipped with at least an i5 processor.
