Position Overview

This role combines duties across the Night Porter and In-Room Dining departments. The schedule typically includes 2 nights per week as a Night Porter and 2 to 3 days per week in the In-Room Dining team.

Night Porter Responsibilities

• Assist guests arriving and departing during nighttime hours with luggage handling, door assistance, shoe shine service, and transfers.
• Perform concierge tasks such as arranging taxis, providing local information and services, and preparing departure vehicles.
• Conduct inspection rounds to ensure cleanliness and order in public areas.
• Fulfill unique guest requests during the night shift.

In-Room Dining Responsibilities

• Receive and deliver room service orders efficiently.
• Prepare and present food and beverage orders attractively.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth service operations.
• Maintain hygiene and quality standards at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Preferably experience in upscale hospitality, particularly in F&B or concierge roles; prior similar position experience is a plus.
• Polished manners, professional demeanor, and a positive attitude.
• Dependability, resilience, and flexibility.
• Enthusiasm for team work in hospitality and willingness to work night shifts.
• Organized, structured, and independent working style.
• A valid driving license is advantageous, along with skills handling manual and automatic vehicles.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
