AI Trust & Safety Product Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated AI Trust & Safety Product Manager to design and implement comprehensive content safety, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with our platform's ecosystem and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate effective and actionable strategies for content safety, risk control, and compliance tailored to platform needs.
• Define and uphold behavior standards and safety limits for AI-driven personas and generated content while continuously updating policies as needed.
• Identify, evaluate, and respond to potential risks in diverse business contexts through technical and policy-driven solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Machine Learning/Algorithm, Engineering, and Operations teams to oversee daily and priority safety projects.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain safety mechanisms, review platforms, and tools for policy management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder with over three years of full-time experience in product roles focusing on internet safety, risk management, or content compliance.
• Preferred experience with constructing or managing advanced safety platforms or content review systems.
• Proven skills in project management, cross-department communication, coordination, and effective performance under pressure.
• Strong business insight with an independent problem-solving mindset addressing complex safety challenges.
• Exceptional critical thinking, logical reasoning, and rapid learning capabilities.
