Agile Project Manager

About the Role

Bridgestone Global Capability Center (GCC) is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master to join their expanding team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should be deeply passionate about Agile methodologies, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive project delivery using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or Hybrid frameworks.
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to effectively manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Monitor project progress closely, handle risks, dependencies, and obstacles, ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate release planning and readiness in collaboration with various teams.
• Promote continuous improvement through coaching Agile teams and encouraging best practices.
• Develop and maintain delivery dashboards, governance reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee project governance, resource allocation, and cost tracking efficiently.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years experience in roles such as Project Manager, Agile Delivery Lead, or Scrum Master.
• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid models, and understanding of DevOps principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional, product-focused teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar environments is an added advantage.
