Admission Counsellor

Role Overview

This position focuses on guiding students and their parents through the process of securing MBBS admissions in reputed NMC-approved universities in Russia. It is a target-oriented counselling and sales role with a strong emphasis on converting interested leads into successful enrolments.

What You Will Do

You will speak with prospective students and families, help them understand college options, and support them through each stage of the admission journey. The role also includes handling follow-ups, resolving concerns, and assisting with visa-related guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students and parents about MBBS opportunities in Russia.
• Drive conversions by turning leads into admissions for the suggested universities.
• Stay in touch with prospects regularly and address their queries promptly.
• Explain important points such as university safety, fee structure, and admission steps.
• Support applicants with the visa process and related documentation guidance.
• Work toward sales targets as part of a performance-driven environment.

Experience Needed

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in EdTech or overseas education counselling.
