Position Overview
This role is for a dependable and highly organized remote administrative professional who will assist the operations function across the MENA region, with coverage that includes the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
The position is well suited to someone at the start of their career who enjoys structured work, accurate record-keeping, and keeping day-to-day administration running efficiently. You will support business processes by handling data, monitoring workflows, maintaining documentation, and making sure records stay current and correct.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative data handling
- Keep spreadsheets and internal databases updated in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Check records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Bring names, contact details, formatting, and internal documents into a standard structure.
- Spot duplicate entries, missing details, and inconsistent data.
- Highlight incomplete information that needs follow-up.
- Arrange digital files using set naming rules and folder systems.
- Maintain clear records of all updates and corrections.
Workflow coordination
- Review and organize incoming administrative requests.
- Route or assign tasks according to defined processes.
- Monitor task status through to completion.
- Follow up on delayed or unfinished items.
- Keep documentation of task progress clear and current.
- Ask for clarification when more information is required.
Tracking and reporting
- Maintain trackers for work in progress, completed tasks, and pending items.
- Update daily activity logs and supporting records.
- Prepare simple progress updates and summaries.
- Watch for recurring issues and suggest process improvements where possible.
- Escalate workflow delays or bottlenecks when needed.
Scheduling and general administrative support
- Help with calendar updates and scheduling tasks when required.
- Send reminders for deadlines and important milestones.
- Track onboarding progress and checklist completion.
- Support internal administrative activities so timelines stay on track.
Quality control
- Review work before submission to confirm accuracy and proper formatting.
- Keep documentation and file structures orderly.
- Make sure records are easy to find and access.
- Assist with updates to internal documents and procedures.
- Work in line with established standard operating procedures.
