About the Role

AMD is looking for an Administration & Support Coordinator to help keep site operations running smoothly in Dublin. The role supports day-to-day administration, on-site coordination, event preparation, and procurement tasks, while also working closely with internal teams and visitors. The position is part of an environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and inclusive teamwork.

Administrative Support

  • Assist the Site Administration Manager with everyday administrative work.
  • Back up the Wireless Team Administrator and provide additional support to other teams when required.
  • Draft visa letters, supporting documentation, and other routine admin outputs.
  • Maintain files, organise meetings, and keep records well structured and up to date.

Visitor and On-Site Coordination

  • Work with on-site teams to manage external visitor visits, including agendas, badges, and logistics.
  • Handle room reservations for meetings and events through Outlook.
  • Raise and follow up Facilities requests in Archibus.
  • Coordinate boardroom preparation, including name tags, materials, and branded swag.

Event and Meeting Support

  • Help develop and organise PowerPoint presentations for Town Halls, VIP visits, and similar events.
  • Provide practical on-site support during events, such as registration desk coverage and microphone handling during All Hands sessions.
  • Arrange catering, facilities assistance, and IT support for meetings and events.

Procurement and Cross-Site Liaison

  • Prepare purchasing requisitions and process them for office supplies and related needs.
  • Coordinate with administrators and Executive Assistants across other AMD locations to ensure efficient communication and smooth collaboration.
