About the Role

As part of their growth, they are seeking a knowledgeable Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) to contribute significantly within a progressive, efficient pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform final accuracy checks following GPhC standards and established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist in ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of prescriptions.
• Collaborate closely with pharmacists and other pharmacy personnel to uphold superior patient care standards.
• Detect and resolve any dispensing errors before medications are issued.
• Promote quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and ongoing improvement throughout the pharmacy environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a qualified Pharmacy Technician.
• Certification as an accredited Accuracy Checking Technician.
• Keen attention to detail combined with a commitment to quality.
