Wondersoft Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team in Chennai, India. This role is crucial for managing the company's revenue cycle and ensuring timely collection of payments.

Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and distribution of invoices for services on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounts receivable.
Monitor customer accounts to identify and address overdue payments and discrepancies.
Develop and implement effective strategies for timely payment collections.
Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding overdue accounts through various communication channels, including email and phone.
Coordinate with clients to ensure proper sign-off on Sale Orders, Agreements, and Statements of Work (SOWs) for both domestic and international clients.
Address and resolve billing discrepancies or payment disputes efficiently.
Liaise with internal teams, including sales, implementation, and core accounting departments, to resolve customer concerns.
Prepare aging reports and analyze trends in accounts receivable.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving collection processes and overall financial efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in accounts receivable management.
Strong understanding of invoicing processes and payment collection strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal team interaction.
Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.
Ability to manage and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
Experience coordinating with sales and implementation teams.
Familiarity with domestic and international client agreements.
