Accounting & Finance Sourcer

About the Role

We are urgently seeking a skilled Accounting & Finance Sourcer for a contract position supporting a paternity leave coverage. This role spans approximately four months, beginning as soon as possible and concluding in late November or early December. The position is fully remote but requires working during Eastern Standard Time hours. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, resourceful, and excellent communicators.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates to build pipelines for current and future openings in accounting and finance.
• Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, location, compensation needs, and availability.
• Conduct outreach to potential prospects to assess interest and fit.
• Pre-screen candidates to ensure suitability before passing them to recruiters or hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate engagement in ATS or CRM systems.
• Coordinate scheduling of introductory calls and follow-up activities with recruiting teams.
• Conduct research to pinpoint target companies employing suitable candidates.
• Develop and improve sourcing strategies and search strings, especially for challenging roles.
• Keep detailed notes regarding candidate communications, salary expectations, and job preferences.
• Engage in ongoing follow-up to sustain candidate interest throughout recruitment.

• Pay Rate: $50 per hour
