Role Responsibilities
- Maintain daily bookkeeping by recording sales vouchers, expense vouchers, and journal entries using Tally or ERP software.
- Conduct weekly and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts against center receipts and payments.
- Prepare sales and purchase information to support monthly GST filings and TDS calculations in collaboration with the Head Office or Chartered Accountant.
- Ensure both physical and digital financial documents are systematically organized and maintained.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor of Commerce degree in any specialization.
- Have 1 to 2 years of practical experience in accounting roles.
- Proficient in using Tally software and knowledgeable in basic GST and TDS regulations.
