Skinative GmbH represents a coalition of specialized companies within the cosmetics sector, collaboratively developing, producing, and marketing innovative cosmetic products. We support our clients from the initial product concept through to the product launch.

Work Area - Division KLG Liquida

Your role will be based in the Division KLG Liquida, our business unit dedicated to contract manufacturing of premium cosmetic products. You will manage client relationships ranging from innovative start-ups to international large corporations and oversee projects throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and support both national and international clients.
• Lead project coordination from concept through to product launch.
• Collaborate and coordinate with R&D, production, procurement, quality management, and logistics teams.
• Advise clients on new innovations and product development opportunities.
• Enhance and optimize internal processes.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in business administration or natural sciences.
• Experience in account or project management, preferably within cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or the chemical industry.
• Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in German and English.
