Role Overview

The Account Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, entrusted with managing client accounts and assisting with the financial and operational facets of construction projects. This role involves frequent client communication, understanding project needs, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing invoices, tracking payments, maintaining account documentation, and supporting budgeting and cost control efforts.

Daily duties encompass resolving account-related issues, creating management reports, and aiding business growth by identifying opportunities to enhance client relations and expand service offerings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven capability to manage client relationships, address queries, and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills for handling account data, accurate record-keeping, and monitoring billing, collections, and project financials.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and accounting or ERP software; comfortable preparing summaries, reports, and presentations for management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with project, site, and procurement teams to align account activities with construction schedules and deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in account management, customer service, or finance, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or allied sectors.
• Strong analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, and capability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work setting.
• Fluency in English and Hindi, with skills to compose professional emails, documents, and client communications.
