Information Security

This role focuses on strengthening company-wide personal information protection and information security operations.

  • Build and continuously improve the organization’s information and personal data protection management system.
  • Prepare for and respond to security certification audits such as ISMS-P and ISO 27001.
  • Manage security controls and assess risks related to personal information systems.
  • Oversee and inspect external partners handling personal data.

  • Handle building permit and approval-related work.

Required qualifications

  • For all roles, applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Information Security: 2+ years of experience in information security or personal data protection; preferred certifications include CPPG or Information Security Engineer; background in information security or ICT-related fields is an advantage.
  • Corporate Culture: 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration; basic knowledge of labor law and labor management; strong communication and collaboration skills; labor attorney qualification, HR/labor-law background, policy/process improvement experience, data analysis ability, and strong English communication are preferred.
  • Accounting: 2+ years of relevant experience; bachelor’s degree or above; proficiency in MS Office; accounting certifications such as Accounting Manager or IFRS-related credentials and SAP experience are preferred.
  • Electrical: electrician or electrical construction certification at engineer level or above; bachelor’s degree in electrical/electrical construction or related field; 2+ years of relevant experience; MS Office skills are preferred.
  • Architecture: construction or building-related certification at engineer level or above; bachelor’s degree in architecture or construction; 2+ years of relevant experience; landscape-related certifications/experience and AutoCAD plus MS Office skills are preferred.
