About the opportunity

LOTTE is hiring experienced professionals who can share the company’s vision and contribute to its continued growth. This opening covers several A Grade permanent roles based in Jamsil, Seoul, with responsibilities spanning information security, corporate culture/HR support, accounting, electrical operations, and construction management.

Open roles and key responsibilities

Information Security

This role focuses on strengthening company-wide personal information protection and information security operations.

Build and continuously improve the organization’s information and personal data protection management system.
Prepare for and respond to security certification audits such as ISMS-P and ISO 27001.
Manage security controls and assess risks related to personal information systems.
Oversee and inspect external partners handling personal data.
Handle compliance requirements under the Personal Information Protection Act and the Network Act.
Conduct regular security audits and deliver employee information security training.

Corporate Culture

This position supports payroll, employee benefits, and internal culture/engagement programs.

Manage salary, severance, four major insurance filings, year-end settlement, and related tax work.
Plan and run employee culture and welfare programs based on satisfaction surveys and analysis.
Operate workplace welfare benefits that support work-life balance.
Oversee in-house welfare facilities such as rest areas, cafeterias, and fitness spaces.
Design events and engagement activities that improve internal communication.
Create internal campaigns that help employees connect with the company’s mission and vision.

Accounting

This role handles site-level accounting, lease-related accounting, and support for financial closing activities.

Review supporting documents and process operating expenses for the business site.
Manage lease contracts for investment property and record the related accounting entries.
Administer corporate cards and reconcile spending.
Handle intercompany settlement and control of internal transactions.
Support accounting closing tasks and broader finance operations as needed.

Electrical

This role covers electrical facility operations, project oversight, and legal compliance for electrical safety.

Coordinate, supervise, and manage electrical facilities work within the complex.
Oversee electrical construction projects, including quantity take-off, execution, and completion.
Serve as the legally appointed electrical safety manager.
Handle statutory and detailed inspections of power receiving and transformation equipment and related regulatory tasks.

Architecture

This position is responsible for construction planning, site management, maintenance, and safety inspections.

Plan and manage construction work with attention to safety, schedule, quality, and cost.
Handle building permit and approval-related work.
Manage repair activities for buildings and supervise partner company staff.
Plan and oversee maintenance activities.
Prepare and carry out internal safety inspections and legally required inspections.

Required qualifications

For all roles, applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or higher.
Information Security: 2+ years of experience in information security or personal data protection; preferred certifications include CPPG or Information Security Engineer; background in information security or ICT-related fields is an advantage.
Corporate Culture: 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration; basic knowledge of labor law and labor management; strong communication and collaboration skills; labor attorney qualification, HR/labor-law background, policy/process improvement experience, data analysis ability, and strong English communication are preferred.
Accounting: 2+ years of relevant experience; bachelor’s degree or above; proficiency in MS Office; accounting certifications such as Accounting Manager or IFRS-related credentials and SAP experience are preferred.
Electrical: electrician or electrical construction certification at engineer level or above; bachelor’s degree in electrical/electrical construction or related field; 2+ years of relevant experience; MS Office skills are preferred.
Architecture: construction or building-related certification at engineer level or above; bachelor’s degree in architecture or construction; 2+ years of relevant experience; landscape-related certifications/experience and AutoCAD plus MS Office skills are preferred.

Hiring terms

Employment type: full-time regular position.
Compensation and job grade will follow company policy and be finalized after the interview process.
