About the Internship
This remote, part-time internship entails crafting motion-driven reels by combining scripts and voiceovers. The intern will synchronize captions precisely with audio, incorporating dynamic styles typical to platforms like Instagram, and ensure smooth pacing and coherent visual transitions throughout the video content. Adherence to brand identity and consistency across all materials is a must.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to work from home for the entire six-month duration.

- Possession of relevant motion graphics and video editing skills is essential.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, mandatory for motion graphics creation.
- Competence in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing workflows; basic ability in editing talking-head videos is an advantage.
- Strong detail orientation and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Portfolio demonstrating motion-based video content is required.
- Access to a computer with specifications suitable to run editing software effectively (ideally with 16GB RAM and dedicated GPU).
- Insight into YouTube and Instagram algorithms and video content performance on these platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges between INR 4,500 and 5,500, comprising a fixed component of INR 4,000 to 5,000 plus a monthly incentive of INR 500.
- Interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
- Option for flexible working hours to accommodate personal schedules.
- Eligible for consideration of permanent employment, with an expected annual salary of INR 200,000 to 360,000 upon conversion.
