About the Internship

Internship Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee data in internal systems, including contact information and employment documentation.
- Collect payroll-related information such as attendance records, leave data, and banking details.
- Screen and review applications and resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Organize candidate interviews by scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Manage job advertisements across multiple platforms by posting, updating, or removing them as necessary.
- Generate HR-related reports, for instance, departmental training budgets.
- Respond to employee inquiries about benefit entitlements like remaining vacation days.
- Distribute and manage company policies in digital or printed form.
