About the Internship
Join Enpointe as an HR intern and collaborate closely with the HR team to gain practical exposure in recruitment, talent management, resume evaluation, and effective communication. This role suits individuals passionate about fostering career growth and eager to develop their understanding of HR functions in a dynamic digital technology company.
Primary Duties
- Assist in identifying and assessing candidates for various job openings within the organization.
- Support efforts by the Talent Management team to design and execute employee development initiatives.
- Perform initial resume screenings and coordinate interview arrangements with prospective candidates.
- Help organize and execute recruitment drives and career fairs.
- Work alongside hiring managers to streamline the hiring process for applicants.
- Contribute to drafting and revising job descriptions and advertisements.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout recruitment stages to ensure a positive experience.
Candidates Eligible to Apply
Applicants must be available for a full-time internship on-site in Mumbai, capable of starting between July 15 and August 19, 2026, and commit to a six-month period. Candidates should reside in Mumbai and possess relevant skills and genuine interest in human resources.
Compensation and Benefits
Interns will receive a monthly stipend ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 INR. The internship follows a five-days-a-week schedule, ensuring work-life balance.
