As a Field Operations Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing recruitment and coordination activities to ensure project success. Your responsibilities will focus on recruiting qualified respondents, validating their profiles, and maintaining thorough records to support quality project execution at Sentriscope Data Intelligence Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a clear understanding of project criteria and respondent requirements.
• Recruit potential respondents via multiple channels aligned with project demands.
• Work closely with field teams to guarantee timely respondent recruitment.
• Ensure candidates meet screening standards prior to client submissions.
• Collect and securely manage supporting documents such as invoices, payment receipts, and photographs as needed.
• Organize and coordinate interviews for seamless execution with respondents.
• Maintain ongoing collaboration with the field team for quantitative project activities.
• Validate respondent profiles for quality assurance before client delivery.
• Keep recruitment trackers current and provide consistent updates on project progress.
• Examine questionnaires or discussion guides before conducting interviews.
• Perform qualitative interviews with respondents as necessary.
• Document interview notes and share recordings or relevant data with clients when applicable.
• Conduct secondary research to find pertinent companies and respondent targets.
• Create and update contact databases using accessible public sources.
• Engage potential respondents through calls, emails, or LinkedIn outreach.
• Support the identification of appropriate respondents for current and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate recruitment statuses, timelines, and communications with the field team.
• Ensure meticulous maintenance of project trackers and effective vendor communication.

Who Can Apply

This internship is open to candidates who are able to commit to a full-time, onsite internship starting between August 11 and September 15, 2026, for a duration of six months. Additional Information

• The stipend for this internship ranges from ₹8,000 to ₹10,000 monthly.
• Upon successful transition to a permanent role, the annual salary will be between ₹200,000 and ₹220,000.
