Internship Overview

This onsite internship in Gurgaon offers a 6-month opportunity within the Marketplace department to actively support and manage daily marketplace activities on leading e-commerce platforms including Amazon and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily management of e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and similar platforms.
Create and update product listings and catalogs, enhancing content for improved visibility and sales.
Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to prevent stock shortages or excesses.
Monitor order fulfillment, returns processing, cancellations, and customer reviews to ensure smooth marketplace operation.
Support the coordination of promotional events, deals, and marketplace campaigns to drive sales.
Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports using Microsoft Excel.
Collaborate closely with Marketplace, Operations, and Brand teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Identify and resolve product listing issues in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Previous internship or practical experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations preferred.
A strong familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or equivalents.
Understanding of marketplace procedures, product listings, and inventory control.
Competency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze business data effectively.
Excellent communication skills paired with strong coordination capabilities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Who Should Apply

This internship is open to candidates available for full-time, in-office work in Gurgaon who can start between July 15, 2026 and August 19, 2026, and commit to the full 6-month duration. Applicants must possess the relevant skills and enthusiasm for e-commerce marketplace operations.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship offers a stipend of INR 15,000 per month. Additional perks include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, a 5-day workweek, an informal dress code, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
