About the Internship
This internship is based onsite at our office in Kandivali East, Mumbai. Candidates must be able to commute daily and cannot opt for remote or hybrid formats. Immediate joining is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling scripts, attention-grabbing hooks, and concise captions to enhance virality and grow the audience for TRISKN's multiple brands.
- Monitor and stay ahead of trends, including platform algorithms and emerging viral content formats on Instagram and YouTube, aiming to set new trends rather than follow existing ones.
- Manage end-to-end content creation, including shooting and editing, with an emphasis on producing engaging, shareable short-form videos.
- Work alongside design and strategic teams to produce innovative, culturally relevant content that sparks meaningful conversations.
- Take ownership of content projects, cultivate a distinctive style, build and engage a loyal audience, and serve as a prominent representative of the brands.
- Engage in creator partnerships and influencer collaborations to gain insights into brand building and digital ecosystems.

Compensation and Perks
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000, comprising a fixed pay of ₹7,000 to ₹10,000 plus an incentive pay of ₹3,000 to ₹5,000.
