Role Overview

The Car Expert internship is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Gurgaon with coverage for Gurgaon and Delhi. The role centers on assisting walk-in customers, matching them with suitable vehicles, supporting sales closure, and delivering a smooth customer experience throughout the buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at the outlet and explain vehicle details clearly and accurately.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend cars that fit their budget and preferences.
• Work toward monthly sales goals and contribute to overall vehicle sales.
• Arrange and supervise test drives for interested buyers.
• Assist with lead creation, regular follow-ups, and conversion of prospects into customers.
• Present and upsell value-added offerings such as insurance, warranty, loans, and buyback options.
• Enter and maintain precise customer data in CRM systems.
• Support a positive and professional customer experience during all walk-in and sales interactions.
• Work with internal teams for vehicle handover, paperwork, and post-sale assistance.
• Be available for on-site work from 11 AM to 8 PM and on Saturdays and Sundays.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship, begin between 22 June 2026 and 27 July 2026, stay for 3 months, and bring relevant skills and genuine interest in the role.

Working Conditions

The internship requires onsite presence in Gurgaon, with work scheduled for 11 AM to 8 PM and weekend availability on Saturdays and Sundays.

Additional Information

Selected interns will work closely with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced retail sales environment. The role combines product explanation, customer handling, sales support, and operational coordination.
