As a Waiter in Lion in the Sun Dubai, you will be central to creating a memorable guest experience that matches the venue’s luxury positioning. Your focus will be on attentive, personalized service and on handling every stage of the guest visit with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm and thoughtful manner and ensure they receive personalized attention throughout their visit.
• Present food and drinks with precision, making sure service, appearance, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Interact with guests politely and professionally, staying alert to their needs and responding quickly to requests.
• Know the menu thoroughly, including ingredients, cooking methods, and allergens, so you can confidently answer questions and suggest items.
• Keep the dining space tidy and well arranged by setting tables, clearing them, polishing glassware, and preparing tables for the next service.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation requirements, along with company procedures and standards.

Candidate profile

• Prior experience as a waiter in a luxury restaurant or hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong commitment to high-quality service.
• Ability to maintain premium service and presentation standards in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Well-groomed appearance and presentation that aligns with a luxury hospitality brand.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Good command of English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with colleagues and support a positive team environment.
