Role Summary

The clinic is looking for a caring and capable Veterinary Technician/Nurse to support veterinarians and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations. This position calls for practical clinical experience, a hands-on approach, and a strong dedication to the wellbeing of animals.

Core Duties

• Support veterinarians during consultations, examinations, and surgical procedures.
• Set up, clean, and maintain treatment and operating areas.
• Safely handle and restrain animals with care and compassion.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as instructed.
• Observe patients during recovery and keep medical documentation accurate and up to date.
• Assist with routine clinic tasks such as cleaning, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment.
• Explain care instructions clearly to pet owners.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in a veterinary clinic or hospital.
• A genuine commitment to animal care and welfare.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Dependable, careful, and comfortable working in a busy clinical setting.
• Ability to assist with surgeries and standard veterinary procedures.
