Overview
This role is for an experienced UI Engineer who can contribute to AI training work. You will join a large community of engineering professionals spanning front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and related specialties, all working on practical AI development challenges.
The work combines autonomy with technical depth. Typical tasks include building and solving demanding programming exercises, developing polished applications with substantial functionality, and drawing insights from data analysis and visualization. Your contributions help improve AI systems as they learn and evolve.
Some contributors use this opportunity alongside another full-time role, while others make it their main focus and select assignments that fit their schedule and availability.
How the process works
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid assignments will become available through the platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and solve a range of coding challenges used to train AI models, with a strong focus on Android-related work.
- Produce well-structured code examples along with clear explanations of your approach.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, speed, and readability.
- Share feedback that helps shape future model improvements.

Qualifications
Applicants should have strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level, excellent written communication, and solid grammar skills. A bachelor’s degree, whether completed or still in progress, is expected. Prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is considered an advantage.
Payment and contractor details
Payments are processed through PayPal, and no fees or advance payments are required from candidates. Any USD-to-local-currency conversion will be handled by PayPal. This is an independent contractor engagement.
