About the Role

This remote contracting opportunity is for a Training, onboarding, and L&D evaluator who will help assess AI-generated outputs for a leading AI-focused talent platform. The company works with top research labs and creative/technical specialists, and the role is designed for independent, asynchronous work.

What You’ll Do

• Review AI-created materials using role-specific quality standards.
• Spot issues related to accuracy, visual presentation, and overall polish.
• Write feedback that is clear, organized, and actionable.
• Work with subject matter experts to keep evaluations consistent and high quality.
• Manage tasks independently, work asynchronously, and meet deadlines while helping improve model performance.

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Training, onboarding, or L&D.
• Strong command of English, either native-level or professional fluency.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.

Preferred Background

• A master’s degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.

Compensation

The pay range for this contract role is $80 to $120 per hour.
