Trainee

Role Overview

This trainee position is based in Indore and is focused on core banking credit work. The role supports analysis of client financials, preparation of credit notes, assessment of risk, and coordination across internal teams to move proposals through the sanction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Review financial information and create comprehensive credit notes for both new and existing customers.
• Assess credit risk and shape proposals so they align with the bank’s lending and credit policy framework.
• Work with internal credit stakeholders to discuss proposals and secure the required approvals.
• Engage with clients to understand their financial requirements and ensure the proposed solutions fit their needs.
• Support portfolio hygiene by tracking renewals, checking limit compliance, keeping documentation updated, and monitoring early warning indicators.
• Help preserve asset quality and reduce delinquency by staying on top of follow-ups and compliance checks.
