Overview
The IMA Group is looking to add Tier 1 Schedulers for an upcoming training cohort. This is a full-time remote position centered on coordinating medical and psychological exam appointments and handling high-volume phone support in a busy, fast-moving setting.
Compensation and schedule
Pay is $16 per hour. The role is scheduled for 40 hours each week.
What you'll do
- Arrange appointments for medical and psychological examinations
- Answer and place inbound and outbound calls
- Record scheduling details accurately and keep them up to date
- Work closely with clients, providers, and internal teams
What the role requires
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in clerical work, a call center, or customer service
- Solid computer proficiency
