Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onsite and offshore teams, ensuring clear ownership of tasks and priorities.
  • Support a follow-the-sun delivery approach and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Run stand-ups, SIT progress calls, and defect triage discussions.
  • Share regular updates on progress, risks, blockers, and escalations with stakeholders.
  • Work with development teams, business users, and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Oversee defect management, including prioritisation, retesting, and tracking in JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Measure execution progress, defect leakage, and test coverage to maintain visibility.
  • Confirm that the SIT environment is ready and coordinate testing data requirements.
  • Uphold QA process compliance and contribute to ongoing improvements in test practice.
