This in-office telecalling internship is based in Jaipur and is focused on supporting study abroad admissions. The role involves reaching out to assigned leads, understanding their interest and fit for overseas education, and guiding them toward the next step in the counselling process.

About Gateway Abroad

Gateway Abroad is run by British education consultants who have studied at universities in the UK and have built strong connections with overseas students and university personnel across the country. Using that experience and network, the team helps students choose suitable options for postgraduate study abroad and manages inquiries and admission coordination with institutions.

Key responsibilities

The intern will use an auto-dialer to contact assigned leads, evaluate their interest and eligibility, and build a trustworthy conversation through clear communication and active listening. Qualified leads will be scheduled for Video Counselling or walk-in sessions with admission counsellors, and the intern will help coordinate timing and communication so the admissions process moves smoothly. The role also includes keeping detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship. They should be able to begin between 19 May 2026 and 6 Aug 2026, commit for 6 months, and bring relevant skills and interest in the work.

Stipend

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 10,000 to 15,000.
