Its product range includes retrofitted touch switches, smart door locks, security cameras, and multiple safety sensors.
Role Overview
This position is for a Technical Support Executive who will support smart home automation products, resolve technical issues, and work closely with installation and service teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance for smart home automation solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Work in coordination with installation and service teams to close support cases.
- Respond to customer questions, service requests, and complaints from a technical standpoint.
- Support product testing, setup, configuration, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare and update service records along with technical documentation.
- Provide round-the-clock on-call support as required.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants should be based in Ahmedabad only.
- A diploma or BE/B.Tech degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in Technical Support, Service Engineering, Home Automation, CCTV, Networking, or Security Systems.
- Basic understanding of networking and fault diagnosis is needed.
- Strong communication skills and a practical approach to problem-solving are important.
Eligibility
Any graduate may apply, provided they meet the location and experience requirements. Candidates must be from Ahmedabad.
Additional Information
This role includes 24/7 on-call support responsibilities. The hiring preference is for candidates with relevant technical service and support exposure in automation or related systems.
