About the Role
Click Dribble is hiring an experienced Technical Recruiter to strengthen its recruitment team in Kathmandu. This position calls for someone who has practical experience hiring for technology roles and can manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer closure. The role also involves maintaining productive connections with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete hiring process for technical positions, including IT and software-related roles.
- Interpret client hiring needs and design practical sourcing plans.
- Find suitable talent through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and professional networking.
- Assess applicants for technical capability, relevant experience, and team fit.
- Arrange interviews, manage follow-ups, and support salary/offer discussions.
- Keep candidate pools organized and maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Develop and preserve strong working relationships with candidates and clients.
- Track updates in the IT hiring landscape and current market conditions.
- Work toward recruitment goals and ensure openings are filled within expected timelines.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, preferably in a recruitment agency environment.
- Solid familiarity with IT job families such as software development, QA, DevOps, data, and UI/UX.
- Hands-on experience using sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment platforms.
- Good understanding of technical terms and the broader IT market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Capability to manage several open roles and shifting priorities at once.
- Results-driven mindset with careful attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on client requirements is preferred.
- Exposure to recruitment KPIs and ATS tools is preferred.
- Strong candidate engagement and account management skills are preferred.
Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite position based in Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal. The role is focused on technical hiring and requires active coordination across sourcing, screening, interview management, and closing offers.
