Role Overview

The company is looking for a Technical Product Designer (m/f/d) to strengthen and expand its technical department in Erkelenz, North Rhine-Westphalia. The role is suited to someone who enjoys structured technical work, can collaborate closely with colleagues, and contributes reliably to high-quality design output.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop components, including modifications to existing constructions.
• Plan and continuously improve engineering and design workflows.
• Handle all general administrative tasks within a technical office environment.

What They’re Looking For

• Completed vocational training as a Technical Product Designer or Technical Draftsperson.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong general technical understanding.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Confident use of MS Office tools.
• Experience with Inventor, Vault, and HiCAD is preferred.
• Flexible, resilient, and comfortable working independently in a well-organized manner.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Professional, friendly interaction with internal and external contacts.
• Responsible, dependable, and focused on maintaining high quality standards.
