Role Overview

This position is for a team member who will help prepare and serve fast, fresh Mexican food while maintaining a friendly, upbeat customer experience. The role is centered on delivering service to a high standard, following established recipes and procedures, and keeping the restaurant clean and well-presented.

Key Duties

• Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to every customer.
• Prepare food according to recipe instructions and meal-period demand.
• Adjust production based on customer flow and expected volume.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitisation practices at all times.
• Support daily and weekly cleaning across production areas, the dining space, and general restaurant areas.
• Assist with any other tasks needed to keep the venue running smoothly and customers satisfied.
