Team Leader

Overview

This is a full-time Team Leader opportunity based in Cavan Main Street, Belturbet, County Cavan, Ireland. The role offers 20 contracted hours per week and sits at the centre of store operations, supporting the Store Manager and helping the team deliver a welcoming, efficient customer experience.

What the role involves

You will help run the store day to day, keep colleagues motivated, and make sure customers leave with the right products and a positive experience. When the Store Manager is not available, you will take charge and ensure the shop continues to operate smoothly, calmly, and effectively.

The position combines leadership, customer service, commercial awareness, and team support. You will set the pace through your own behaviour, promote the company way of working, encourage communication, and contribute to a workplace where people feel included and able to perform well.

Day-to-day focus

In this role, you will support strong customer service, help drive store performance, and make sure operational standards are maintained. You will also help other team members develop, continue building your own capabilities, and use your commercial understanding to support store initiatives and monitor key figures.
