Supply Planner

Role Overview

We are looking for a Supply Planner to join a leading global medical company in a direct-hire capacity. This position focuses on keeping inventory aligned with customer needs, improving demand planning accuracy, and supporting supply chain execution from end to end. Work Location and Schedule

This is a hybrid role based in Norcross, Georgia, with three days required onsite and two days worked remotely each week. Only local candidates will be considered for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create inventory and replenishment plans that help meet customer demand.
• Review forecasts, stock levels, and supply patterns to strengthen planning outcomes.
• Oversee purchase orders and coordinate replenishment with suppliers.
• Monitor KPIs and look for ways to improve inventory efficiency.
• Work closely with operations, logistics, procurement, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 2 to 5+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory planning, or demand planning.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, Sage, or similar systems.
• Well-developed analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
