About the Role

The resort’s Finance Team is hiring a Supervisor - Payroll to manage and support payroll operations at the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct day-to-day payroll processing and guide the payroll team.
  • Manage payroll system activities, including enhancements, maintenance, and updates in partnership with IT.
  • Check, process, and authorize payroll changes while handling employee queries related to payroll.
  • Make sure payroll entries are posted correctly to the general ledger so month-end closing can happen on time.
  • Assist with monthly payroll processing, along with professional tax and social security reporting.
  • Maintain adherence to government filing obligations, internal policies, and standards of payroll accuracy and timeliness.
  • Uphold professional conduct, follow health and safety and sustainability practices, and carry out any other tasks assigned.
