What you'll do

• Design and run social, cultural, sports, and wellbeing activities that keep residents engaged.
• Create a warm, inclusive environment where students feel welcomed and connected.
• Drive resident participation and strengthen community involvement.
• Lead student onboarding activities and wider community-building initiatives.
• Form and maintain relationships with universities, student organisations, and local businesses.
• Manage event planning details, including logistics, budgets, and supplier coordination.
• Gather resident input and use it to improve the overall living experience.
• Assist marketing efforts by producing compelling event updates and community-focused stories.

Experience and skills needed

The role calls for someone with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in events, hospitality, community management, or student services. Strong communication and organisation are essential, along with a creative, proactive mindset and the ability to stay highly structured in day-to-day work. Experience in multicultural settings is important, and English fluency is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
