Stores Assistant

Role overview

This position focuses on handling non-medical inventory for the store, including receiving incoming deliveries, checking items against purchase orders, and preparing outbound shipments for different business units. The role also includes support with stock control, shelving, and day-to-day administration.

Core duties

• Accept stock deliveries, verify them against the relevant orders, and unpack items according to company procedures.
• Assemble and prepare business unit orders for dispatch.
• Keep the store area orderly, with stock placed and arranged correctly on shelves.
• Process requests related to business cards and stamps.
• Support the department with administrative tasks and participate in stock counts.

Education and experience

A completed high school qualification is required. Applicants should also have at least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or another service-oriented environment.
