Storekeeper

Role Overview

Dar wa Emaar is looking for a Storekeeper in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to oversee inventory control, warehouse handling, documentation, and stock reporting. The role focuses on keeping materials accurately tracked, safely stored, and properly issued to project teams and departments.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Accept incoming materials, equipment, and supplies, then verify them against purchase orders and delivery notes before recording them.
• Keep stock data current and accurate in the ERP or inventory system.
• Track inventory movement, perform scheduled stock counts, and reconcile differences.
• Store items in a way that preserves their condition and reduces the risk of damage or loss.

Warehouse and Store Operations

• Arrange the warehouse or store in a practical layout that supports efficient storage and retrieval.
• Release materials to project teams and other departments only after approved requisitions are received.
• Make sure every movement of stock is recorded correctly and formally authorized.
• Arrange transfers of materials between project locations and the central warehouse whenever needed.

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare and update records such as Goods Receipt Notes, Material Issue Slips, stock statements, and inventory summaries.
• Create periodic reports on inventory and consumption for management review.
• Assist with both internal and external inventory audits.

Requirements

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations.
