Role overview
As a Store Manager, you will own the complete in-store customer journey and make sure the location maintains strong visual appeal and commercial performance, while staying aligned with global direction and the realities of the local market. Working according to the company’s values, you will be accountable for both store-level and broader business results.
What you will do
- Guide the store team to create an excellent shopping experience while actively presenting and selling the brand’s products.
- Track the store’s performance, market position, strengths, improvement areas, and competitors, with a clear understanding of local customer expectations.
- Review sales figures, define targets, and build action plans that improve revenue, profitability, and stock efficiency.
- Handle rota planning and store upkeep in a way that fits sales plans, budget limits, and wider commercial goals.
- Hire, induct, and grow team members while building an inclusive, cooperative environment that encourages learning and new ideas.
- Keep up with current fashion movements, shopper preferences, and competitor activity to ensure the store stays competitive.
- Act as a positive representative of both yourself and the brand in every customer interaction.
Collaboration and working environment
Stores are central to the company’s business, and every role within the Store Team contributes to creating an engaging, welcoming space. In larger stores, this includes Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Assistant Store Managers, Cash Office Responsible, and Delivery Responsible. You will also work with the wider Area Team, sharing knowledge across locations to help strengthen performance. Together with your colleagues, you will help customers feel confident and express their individuality through current trends and timeless pieces.

- Experience using customer-focused reporting and tools to drive decisions.
- Strong capability in sales planning, analysis, and follow-through.
