Overview
This role supports Trade Promotion Management (TPM) pricing operations from start to finish, with a strong emphasis on precision, governance, and smooth execution. The position is centered on maintaining compliant pricing activity, handling trade promotion contracts, and ensuring dependable service delivery through close coordination with internal teams and customers. It also plays an important part in preserving data accuracy, enabling reliable trade execution, and driving ongoing improvements across TPM workflows.
Responsibilities
- Handle pricing tasks throughout the TPM process, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and in line with policy requirements.
- Create, update, and maintain promotional pricing, trade allowances, rebates, and customer-specific commercial arrangements.
- Check pricing details for promotional activities, contracts, and claims to confirm they are correct.
- Look into pricing mismatches, determine the underlying causes, and help close issues quickly.
- Follow approved pricing plans, trade terms, and governance rules at all times.
- Prepare, examine, and send trade promotion contracts for QC review.
- Make sure contract documents correctly represent approved events, pricing, and trade conditions.
- Maintain promotional schedules and ensure all related systems are updated accurately, including TPM platforms, Sales Planner, customer portals, and SAP/ERP.
- Assist with claim validation and trade spend review activities.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or BE/BTech is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
