Role Overview

In this position, you will assess current workflows, define improvements, and support the rollout of better processes for clients. The role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders, converting business needs into clear process designs, and helping teams adopt new ways of working through training and hands-on support.

Responsibilities

• Review existing workflows and pinpoint opportunities to make them more efficient and effective.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain documentation for new processes, SOPs, and workflow designs.
• Help implement process enhancements and track how well they perform after rollout.
• Train users and provide ongoing support for newly introduced processes and systems.
• Keep up with current practices, tools, and trends in process management and organizational excellence.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar discipline.
• Prior experience in a Business Process Specialist, Business Analyst, or comparable position.
• Strong capability in analysis and structured problem-solving.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Familiarity with process improvement approaches such as Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of process mapping and documentation tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-focused mindset with the ability to handle several tasks and priorities at once.

Additional Information

This role is based in the Riyadh Region and is offered as a full-time onsite position.
