Role Summary
We are hiring a Sourcer to support high-volume recruiting efforts for major clients across the United States. This position sits within a staffing environment that focuses on helping people access career opportunities while delivering strong hiring support to customers. The role is based on a night shift schedule aligned to 8 AM–5 PM EST.
About the Business
The organization partners with large clients across industries such as Finance, Technology, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, Government, and other sectors. This client segment contributes a major share of annual revenue, and the current need is driven by a growing number of open roles that require faster recruiting support.
What You Will Do
The Sourcer will support a portfolio of accounts under the Strategic Accounts program. The job involves identifying, screening, and submitting qualified candidates to customer hiring systems, while also helping coordinate interviews and supporting onboarding once a candidate is selected.
Additional Responsibilities
- Track and maintain performance metrics for assigned customers.
- Source candidates and review profiles to match open requirements.
- Submit resumes through client-specific hiring portals.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and related communication.
- Assist with onboarding activities after a placement is completed.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable making 25 or more calls each day.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced setting without losing quality.
- Confidence in presenting and communicating with internal leadership.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and ability to thrive in a collaborative team culture.
Work Schedule
This is a night-shift role, with working hours set from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

Experience
Recruitment experience of 1 to 2 years is preferred.
